NOTE FROM THE CEO

đ° Q3 2025 Financial & HR Update
What. A. Quarter. đ
Quarter 3 brought some seriously good vibes â and some record-breaking numbers! We successfully completed 668 installs, making it our best quarter of the year so far. Even better⊠we hit our first positive revenue quarter and are sitting in the green for 2025 overall! đ
Huge shoutout to every single person whoâs helped make that happen â from field crews to office staff, every install, call, and connection counts!
Hereâs a look at our 2025 progress so far đ

đ Big Win: BEAD Funding Secured!
Weâre thrilled to announce that weâve been awarded more than $43 million in BEAD funding across seven counties, bringing fiber to 8,700 new locations!
And thatâs not all â weâll also be passing many more homes and businesses along the way. Once NTIA gives the final green light later this year, weâll begin the environmental and engineering steps, aiming to kick off construction by mid-2026.
Check out the updated BDC Map to see the coverage â youâll notice Total Highspeed all over it!Â
đïž ReConnect Progress: Full Steam Ahead!
We wrapped up Tract 51 (Willard) this quarter and are putting the finishing touches on Tract 50 (Ash Grove) and Tract 56 (Union City). That means tons of new connections coming online in October and November â so gear up for a busy (and exciting) winter!
We also got the Notice to Proceed for RC4 (Mountain View)Â and are deep in the engineering phase. With a little luck, weâll see construction start by late 2025 or early 2026.
đŻ The Bottom Line
All your hard work, long days, and dedication are paying off â big time. Weâre not just growing; weâre thriving.
Letâs finish out 2025 strong and get ready for a rocking 2026!
Thank you for everything you do to make Total Highspeed a place where growth, teamwork, and results come together.
THE SPEED REPORT

Things are moving fast across our ReConnect projects â crews are hustling, fiber is flying, and progress is popping up everywhere!
RC2 Tract 55
Weâre already 95% finished with underground work đ. Make-ready has started, and next up is aerial construction.
RC2 Tract 56
Our contractor is finishing the last miles of underground work with extra crews đ. Aerial work follows, targeting full construction by mid-December. In-house splicing teams are keeping everything connected and on track.
RC1 Tract 50
The contractor is wrapping up a short rock saw section. Once thatâs done, weâll finish aerial construction and stay on track to complete the tract by monthâs end đ. Our aerial crews are also handling descoped lanes and maintenance.
Drop and Aerial Crew Update
Our drop and aerial crews are crushing it đ„, keeping pace with a high volume of work.
This progress shows the power of teamwork, coordination, and dedication. Every foot of fiber gets us closer to connecting more communities đđ â living our core values of teamwork, excellence, and customer focus every step of the way.

Itâs been a busy and exciting quarter across Engineering, Mainline, and I&R! The teams are tackling new challenges, mastering new tools, and setting the stage for even more growth. đ
đ§ Engineering
Q3 has been a whirlwind â but a good one! With BEAD approved, Engineering has been juggling requests and hitting deadlines. Theyâre focused on finishing Tract 49 in Vetro, then moving into splicing engineering so everythingâs ready when construction wraps. Keep an eye on the Vetro map â new areas are lighting up soon!
đ§ Mainline
The Mainline crew is staying on top of contractors and key milestones:
â Tract 56 Zone 1 splicing complete
đ§ Tract 56 Zone 5 following construction
⥠Tract 55 Southeast of HWY 60 nearly done (about one-third of the network!)
Tract 55 also brought in Channel Pedestals (All-In-One Ped)Â early â saving time and money đ°. The crew is adapting, learning, and leading the way.
đ Installation & Repair (I&R)
Training is full speed ahead! Michael and Matthew are applying field experience, while Joey and Jason hit the ground running. Weâre excited to welcome John Davis (from Tech Support) and Alfonso Guevara (in training) đ.
Keep an eye out for our first new Transit van đ!
Across all teams, this progress shows Total teamwork in action â learning, growing, and adapting every day while living our core values: teamwork, excellence, and a customer-first mindset. đ

Weâve been taking a close look at all our towers with negative revenueâthink of it as a âtune-up checkâ to decide which ones get a second chance and which ones are ready for retirement. đïž
Underperforming towers are being gracefully decommissioned, while towers with promise are getting shiny new equipment upgrades to boost performance and give our customers an even better experience. âĄ
Meanwhile, our team is hard at work maintaining the existing infrastructure to keep those pesky RF disconnects at bay and ensure everything runs smoothly. đ

Customer Service has stepped up and taken on Tier 1 Tech Support! That means theyâre answering all incoming company calls, helping reduce the number of calls going to other departments.
Tech Support now has more time to focus on system clean-up and maintenanceâand our customers benefit too, with fewer transfers and more issues resolved on the very first call. Both departments are still settling into this new setup, but so far it has been running smoothly.
Meanwhile, Sales is laser-focused on one thing: SELLING. More sales = more installs = hitting company goals = earning awesome rewards! Donât forget to send your friends, family, and neighbors our wayâwe need those referrals to keep the momentum going! đđ°

Over the last quarter, Tech Support and NOC have been hard at work improving communicationsâboth internally and with other departments. While thereâs still room to grow, overall communication has definitely taken a step forward, and this will continue to be a focus as our teams and processes evolve.
NOC has also been busy testing old hardware left in the warehouse, deciding what to retire and what can be returned to inventory for future installations.
