NOTE FROM THE CEO

🚀 Q2 Wrap-Up: Momentum is Building!
Let’s hear it for Team Total—Quarter 2 brought the heat and the hustle! We saw a major jump in installs and revenue, proving once again that your hard work is paying off. Here's a look at the highlights:
Quarter 2 Installs: We crushed Q2 with 532 installs, up from 420 in Q1—that’s over 100 more connections made possible by your efforts!

Revenue Boost: Our revenue for Q2 increased by $25,000+ compared to Q1. Even better? We finally hit our monthly install goal in June with 205 installs! Huge win! 🙌
Looking Ahead: July is already off to a strong start, and with your continued effort, we’ll keep this momentum going right into Q3 and Q4.
Disconnects & Tower Decommissions
We did see an uptick in disconnects, but many of those were expected as we began decommissioning underperforming towers. While this affects short-term revenue, it also means long-term savings on tower expenses. Smart moves for a stronger future.
ReConnect Progress: Fiber Expansion is Rolling!
We’ve been BUSY laying fiber in ReConnect areas:
✅ Tract 51 (Willard) – Complete!
🛠️ Tracts 56 (Union City), 55 (McKinley), and 50 (Ash Grove) – Underway, with installs already starting in 56 and 50.
✍️ Tract 49 (Bois D’Arc) – Contract signed! Construction starts soon.
🌄 RC4 (Mountain View) – After a year of waiting, we finally got environmental approval! Construction begins this fall!
Tracts 55 & 49 are among the largest in all of ReConnect, so completing these will bring in a huge wave of new customers. Let’s go!
Inventory & Operations
We completed our annual audit in May and made solid progress, but there’s still room to tighten up our inventory process. A new system was rolled out in June, and while our June 30 physical count had some hiccups, we’re actively implementing checks and balances to improve moving forward.
Inventory is a team effort, and we truly appreciate everyone adjusting and contributing. These changes are key to long-term success.
Team Total: 68 Strong!
We’re now at 68 employees and continue to:
Cross-train team members for flexibility and efficiency
Work toward reducing truck rolls to improve install efficiency and lower operational costs
Improve communication and planning across departments
Change isn’t always easy, but it's necessary for growth. Thank you for your resilience, positive attitudes, and drive to keep improving every day.
📣 Final Thought
Q2 was a big step in the right direction. The work you’re putting in is making a real impact, and we’re finally seeing that ship start to turn. Let’s carry this momentum into Q3 and beyond—we’ve got big things ahead!
Keep pushing. Keep growing. Let’s make Q3 our best yet. 💪
THE SPEED REPORT

🚧 Construction Update: Big Progress, Bigger Momentum
The Construction Team has been making serious strides this quarter—and we’re feeling the progress across the board! From completed tracts to rain-soaked drop crews powering through, here’s what’s been happening on the ground:
🛠️ Team & Performance Updates
In-House Construction Team: Now active in Tract 50 (Ash Grove) working on Descope lanes fiber builds—great to see the internal crew in motion!
Damage Prevention Team: At a perfect 100%—no mismarked cables and zero locate-related damages this quarter. That’s what excellence looks like. 🙌
Overall Utility Hit Rate: Only 1 utility hit for the entire year so far, keeping us at an impressive 98% accuracy rate.
Aerial Team: Crushing it—laying down 16,000 feet of aerial fiber each week on average. That’s fast and focused progress.
Drop Crew: Rain has slowed progress, but the team continues to deliver! We’re adding an additional crew for the next 4 weeks to catch up. Despite the weather challenges, the crew has been doing an amazing job staying on track and pushing forward.

🔌 Fiber Team Q2 Update: All Hands on Deck!
Q2 brought the uptick in installs we’ve been working toward—and the Fiber Team rose to the challenge! With install numbers climbing and demand rising, the team has been operating in full force to keep pace, and their commitment is showing.
👋 Welcome to the Team!
We’re excited to welcome two new techs, and you may have seen their names around already:
Jason Jennings
Joseph Mahaney
Both bring great attitudes and prior experience, which has made their training smooth and impressive. They’re picking things up quickly and will be running solo soon!

🔧 Team Growth & Progress
Josh Harpster & Wyatt Snyder: Now fully integrated into the Install & Repair (I&R) team and doing a fantastic job knocking out installs and supporting the workload.
SpringNet Install Surge: SpringNet installs have ramped up significantly—we’re now working in SpringNet neighborhoods almost every single day. Let’s keep that momentum going!
Mainline Splicers Stepping Up: A big shoutout to our mainline splicers, who’ve jumped back in to assist with preps during this busy season. Their speed and expertise have allowed them to tackle preps and return to mainline work without missing a beat.
⭐ Veteran Leadership in Action
Our original installers—
Chris Murdock
Michael Moore
Matthew Krulic
Trenton Stever
—continue to lead by example. They’ve handled the increased workload with skill, efficiency, and top-tier customer service.
While I&R case prep training has slowed due to the heavy install schedule, it hasn’t stopped. We have plans in place to balance both, and we’re confident in our team’s adaptability and determination to keep pushing toward our shared goal:
🎯 One Truck Roll per Customer
We’re not there yet—but we’re getting closer with every install and every step forward.
👏 Final Shoutout
To the entire Fiber Team—your dedication, grit, and teamwork this quarter have been outstanding. Thank you for showing up, stepping up, and staying committed. We see your hard work, and we’re proud of what you’re building—one fiber line at a time.

Tower & Warehouse Update: Behind-the-Scenes Heroes
Not every win comes with flashing lights—and that’s where our Tower and Warehouse teams shine. These crews keep critical systems moving so the rest of us can keep building, installing, and growing.

Tower Team: Smart Strategy = Smart Growth
The Tower Team has been hard at work with two key focuses:
✅ Decommissioning towers that no longer serve us
💸 Maintaining profitable towers that continue to bring in revenue
They’re also stepping in to support other company projects as needed, making them one of the most flexible and reliable teams we’ve got. This strategic work behind the scenes is helping us reduce unnecessary costs while strengthening our infrastructure.
📦 Warehouse Team: Stocked, Streamlined & Supporting the Field
The Warehouse Team continues to make major progress on process improvements to keep inventory accurate and on-hand when and where it’s needed.
Process Improvements: They’re tightening up inventory checks to ensure what’s in the system reflects what’s on the shelves.
Supporting the Field & Construction: Their top priority? Making sure the right materials are always ready for our installers and construction teams, so there’s no delay in getting fiber to our customers.
Every screw, spool, and tool that moves through the warehouse plays a part in our bigger mission—and they make it happen smoothly every day.
Whether you're 100 feet in the air on a tower or scanning pallets in the warehouse, your work is essential to our success. Thank you to both teams for the consistency, care, and commitment you bring to the table every day!

What an exciting time for our teams! Our Sales team is going all out to secure enough new sales to help us reach an impressive 225 installs this month and earn everyone some extra PTO.
And it's not just about new business – our Customer Service department is passionately focused on customer success. They're working tirelessly to keep monthly cancellations below 80, while also consistently checking in with customers. The results speak for themselves: we're seeing an outpouring of great reviews, positive comments, high survey scores, and wonderful social media mentions!
This level of customer satisfaction is a testament to everyone's dedication. A big thank you to the entire company for helping us make our customers so happy!

🌩 Storms? No Problem – Our Team Shines Bright! ⚡
This quarter brought some serious weather challenges, with multiple storm-related outages across our service area. But thanks to the incredible teamwork and fast action from Tech Support, NOC, the Fiber Team, and the Tower Team, we stayed ahead of the game!
Everyone jumped in to get customers back online quickly and safely—showing what it really means to support one another and serve our communities with heart. From solving storm damage issues to tackling installation challenges, your dedication to both our customers and each other never went unnoticed.
Thank you for your hard work, flexibility, and commitment to keeping us all connected—rain or shine! 🌦👏
