NOTE FROM THE CEO

Q1 WRAP-UP: PROGRESS, GRIT & GEARING UP FOR WHAT'S NEXT
The first quarter of 2025 has been nothing short of a sprint—and thanks to your hard work, we’re making great strides across the board.
🧾 Annual Audit? Almost Done!Behind the scenes, our team has been heads-down wrapping up the 2024 annual audit. This is a big one—it’s required by the USDA-RUS as part of our grant and loan agreements. The audit dives deep into our financials and operations to ensure we’re on solid ground and managing federal funding responsibly. The deadline is April 30, and we’re on track. Expect to see the results in the next company newsletter!
🌐 Fiber Expansion: Full Steam AheadWe made serious headway on our ReConnect project in Q1—completing all of Tract 57 in Nixa and making solid progress in Tracts 56 (Union City), 55 (McKinley), and 51 (Willard). There’s a good chance we’ll start opening up some of these new areas in Q2!And while we didn’t quite hit our goal of 200 installs per month (thanks, winter weather ❄️), the team stayed impressively busy and determined.
📉 Cancellations? Lowest Since 2019.March only had 74 cancellations—our lowest since September 2019! Combine that with steady revenue growth across January, February, and March (all beating 2024 numbers), and you can feel the momentum building.
📊 By the Numbers – Q1 2025

While net revenue was slightly in the red for Q1, we’re seeing smoother cash flow, higher recurring revenue, and smarter cost-cutting measures beginning to take effect.
🚚 Smarter Installs, Less RollingOne big focus right now? Reducing the number of truck rolls per customer install. By improving efficiency and cross-training our 67-strong team, we’re setting ourselves up to serve more customers, faster—without burning through resources. Every mile, every penny, every process tweak makes a difference.
💪 Onward to Spring & SummerWe’re building something powerful—not just in the ground, but in our culture, our service, and our future. Thanks to each of you for your grit, adaptability, and drive.
Here’s to a high-impact Spring and a record-breaking Summer! 🌱☀️
THE SPEED REPORT

We have had progress all around!
Kudos to Our Installers!
A big congratulations to our installers for officially becoming All-in-One Technicians! This is a huge milestone that not only reduces truck rolls but also boosts our efficiency and service. Amazing work, everyone!
In-House Construction Update
Our in-house team continues to make strides, finishing projects one after another. Next up: a new subdivision project in Clever, where we’ll eventually serve around 70 homes. Exciting things are on the horizon!
Keep up the great work, Construction Team! Let’s continue building momentum! 🚀

We’ve taken our splicing game to the next level! Our Splicing Department is evolving, and we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Mainline Splicing Team—with none other than Tyler Cox leading the way as our first technician out in the field, splicing the very cables that make our Tracts tick! Right now, we’re splicing the mainline in Tract 56, and we're already setting our sights on Tract 55 and Tract 49.
💥 Why is this so exciting? 💥
More control = faster progress! With our in-house team handling splicing, we’re accelerating our journey to the prep/install phase.
Catch issues early! By getting hands-on earlier in the process, we can identify and solve problems way before install day—no more delays due to construction hiccups!
Trustworthy hands on deck! With the team we know and trust, we’re guaranteeing the highest standards, and the best part? We’re doing it all in-house! 🎉
Our splicers are ready to roll! Our crew is now fully trained and equipped to jump in and help with installations & repairs, starting with commercial installs. The goal? Reducing truck rolls and getting even more done!

🚨 Tower Team Highlights
Our tower operations have been in full swing this quarter with a focus on efficiency and performance. Here's what they've been up to:

We’ve been labeling and reviewing all towers with negative revenue to determine which ones are worth upgrading and which are better off retired.
Underperforming towers are being decommissioned, while towers with potential are getting equipment upgrades to improve customer experience and performance.
The team continues to maintain existing infrastructure to reduce RF customer disconnects and keep things running smoothly.
📦 Warehouse Wins Big progress in the warehouse! We’ve officially merged the RF and Fiber warehouses—a big step toward better collaboration and resource sharing.
We're currently tackling some long-overdue fixes to broken processes and improving inventory control.
These improvements are helping us reduce waste, increase accuracy, and ultimately, better serve our field and install teams.
🔄 Smarter Inventory Management As part of our efficiency push, we're reviewing and updating reorder points to ensure each location is stocked with exactly what’s needed—no more, no less. Keeping shelves stocked just right means faster turnarounds and fewer delays.
Every improvement we make—from the top of a tower to the warehouse floor—brings us closer to a leaner, smarter, and stronger Total Highspeed. Big thanks to the teams making it happen! 💪

Our Sales and Customer Service teams have been hard at work delivering top-notch experiences for both new and existing customers—and it's paying off!
We wrapped up last month with our lowest number of disconnects since 2019 🎉
Our goal is to keep driving positive Google Reviews that reflect the great feedback we're already hearing
Retention + Growth = Success—and these teams are helping lead the charge!
Big thanks to everyone focused on keeping our customers happy and our reputation strong!

👋 Welcome Back, Tech Support!
The Tech Support team is officially moved back into the office on Monday, April 14—welcome back! We’ve also expanded our support hours to weeknights until 10 PM to better serve our customers. Shoutout to Shane for stepping into the 2nd shift role—he’ll continue to work remotely during those hours. Thanks, Shane!
🔄 NOC & Inventory Update
The NOC team is making great progress with inventory reorganization. Moving forward, NOC will no longer manage inventory—all Wireless and Fiber items will now be issued directly through the warehouse. This transition is almost complete!

Winter weather threw us some curveballs, but our unstoppable contractors knocked it out of the park, adding an impressive 12.78 miles (67,478’) of fiber to our ReConnect 1 network and a whopping 41.06 miles (216,797’) to the ReConnect 2 network during the first quarter of 2025!
Currently, our dedicated contractors are busy at work expanding our fiber footprint, actively progressing through Tract 50 (Ash Grove), Tract 55 (McKinley), and Tract 56 (Union City), while wrapping things up in Tract 51.
Wondering what’s next? Mark your calendars because in May, we’re kicking off the start of fiber construction in Tract 49 (Bois D’arc) as part of our ReConnect 1 project. By the way, have you overheard folks around the office mentioning "BEAD" and wondered if Total Highspeed was considering venturing into jewelry-making? Not quite! BEAD stands for the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment program, a federally funded initiative that allows broadband providers like us to secure state-administered funds aimed at expanding Internet access. We're thrilled to share that Total Highspeed has submitted 7 applications spanning 52 project areas during Missouri’s first BEAD funding application round, representing an incredible potential addition of 11,394 new customers!

It’s hard to believe, but it’s been a couple of years since we kicked off our rebranding efforts and started reshaping our company image. Marketing is a bit like the tortoise in The Tortoise and the Hare—it’s all about consistency and progress. It doesn’t happen overnight, but through steady work and refining our approach, we’re seeing amazing results.
And we’re definitely starting to see our marketing efforts pay off! Did you know it typically takes 8-12 touchpoints for a consumer to hear about a company before they decide to purchase? Well, we’re making those connections every day through new promotions, mailers, social media, email campaigns, and more.
This past month, we ran several exciting campaigns, and 27% of our sales came from promotions—how awesome is that? We’re thrilled with this progress and are looking forward to seeing it continue to grow!
We also kicked off our Installers Initiative on March 11th, which is already making a big impact. Here’s the deal: we’re offering customers $10 off their next month’s bill if they place a sign in their yard. Our Installers are playing a key role in this by hanging door hangers on neighboring houses right after an install. This gives us the potential to distribute an additional 500 door hangers every month—a huge boost to spreading the word about Total Highspeed!
These initiatives are helping us build stronger connections with our community and grow our brand awareness. Thanks to everyone’s hard work, we’re making a real difference and continuing to spread the name of Total Highspeed!

CULTURE UPDATE
Building Our Company Culture – It’s a Team Effort!
As the saying goes, "Company culture is the silent language that echoes loudest in an organization's halls." And here at Total Highspeed, we all have a role in shaping the culture we want. A strong company culture helps drive employee engagement, performance, retention, and innovation, which in turn contributes to our success and reputation.
Much like marketing (which we’ve compared to The Tortoise and the Hare), building a strong culture takes time. It’s like steering a large ship—you can’t change course instantly, but as you gradually turn the wheel, the ship begins to move in a new direction.
While we’ve been adding fun events, shout-outs, and more to our routine, company culture is about much more than just these surface-level activities. We’re putting a lot of effort into creating meaningful employee training, preparing financial literacy resources, and ensuring our core values are front and center for everyone. These are the foundations that reflect the principles and beliefs guiding our decisions, shaping how we interact, work, and succeed together.
Be on the lookout for an invite to our first company-wide training in July! More information to come!
We’re thrilled about the direction we’re heading and the exciting initiatives in the works. By summer, we hope to roll out even more programs and continue to host company-wide meetings and events. These efforts will help strengthen our culture and ensure we’re all moving forward together.
